Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Please note that customized items, final sale items, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@ckkjersey.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to personal reasons such as wrong size or color selection, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
